Rich Cavagnaro comes from a family of teachers and educators, including his wife, sisters, and father, and grew up believing curiosity was something to celebrate. As a father of three boys, he has seen firsthand how imagination, humor, and a little mischief can turn ordinary moments into unforgettable stories.

Rich is a retired entrepreneurial CEO who built and led a company that reached markets around the world.

Since retiring, he has launched games, written a personal development book on storytelling, and created an autobiography for his family.

He still considers himself a curious kid at heart, and Rory Ruckus reflects his belief that imagination can turn boredom into brilliance.
